name Peter Vanderveer is a former president and current board member of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Minuteman Section. He is the technical editor of Triangles, the section's quarterly newsletter.After apprenticing with a dealer and several independent German repair shops for 18 years, Peter struck out on his own to create a business focused on a single brand: Mercedes-Benz Automobiles. From its beginning in 1989, Vanderveer Motors has succeeded and grown on the principle of putting the customer first.Peter and his wife, Mary, live on a small farm outside of Boston, where they enjoy Morgan horses.
